We want you to be stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that surfboards and bodyboards must be unopened in their original shrink wrap to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box; surfboards require extra padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we inspect the returned equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
